Ruby Tuesday - Another Ruby Red Hellebore

Yes, another Hellebore.

Fixated on Hellebores, you say?  Maybe so - they're fun to photograph. And light plays so well with them.

And also, they are the only red in town, or rather, in my garden, right now and it's time for a Ruby Tuesday post.

Check out the rest of the ruby red photos over at Mary's place.

A RED-LESS DAY?

“Oh, my goodness, oh, my dear!
Don’t you think it’s very clear
That a red-less day’s a drag?”

You've captured another masterpiece of nature. I sure am ready for a little color in my garden....it'll probably happen all at once!
Hope the rain has stopped for you too.

MMT you never cease to make me smile with your wonderful, whimsical poetry and haiku. Thank you!

Annamaria,
I can't wait to see your garden in the riot of color I know it is capable of! The rain has settled in again and looks like it will be around for a while longer. :( Oh well, the flowers will the all the happier for it.

We're starting to get a little bit of color in our landscape. More will follow. Most will not be nearly as stunning as your Red Hellebore, but we will still enjoy.

I always enjoy your flora and fauna, Marvin!

Well Joy my friend, I have no idea what the name of this gal is. The tag has been long since lost. I think with hellebores, I just buy them because I like how they look and I don't keep track of the names. Maybe I should change my evil ways, hmmm?
