Shadow Shot Sunday - Sunny Tuscan Colors at Brick & Fire Bistro

Pin It
I've been struggling to find a shadow, any shadow, to put here for my favorite meme in the whole world, Shadot Shot Sunday, but shadows are sadly not to be found.

You're probably tired of hearing me say, rain, rain, rain - I"M tired of hearing me say it.

But, it's still raining. And it's still cold. And it's still grey. All. Day. Long.

So I've pulled a photo out of my archives to cheer me up.  This is one of my favorite local restaurants, Brick and Fire. With a sunny Tuscan-Mediterranean feel and delightful, locally-sourced fare, it will lift my spirits even on days weeks like these, when the sun just won't shine.

Tracy has got more shadow links for you over at Hey Harriet.

A shout out for our intrepid Tracy who was sick last week but is now recovered,
and we are so glad for that!

I have the same lament, but they say it will clear in the Sacramento Valley next week, hope you get some sun on the coast as well.

Archives are for those days when real life just won't cooperate! :-)

Said Shadow, “I do wonder why,
When there is no sun in the sky,
I must disappear;
I’d like to stay here
And never again say good-bye!”

Wow! Your favourite meme in the whole world is SSS? Awww...shucks, that's so sweet to hear! I like your shadow shot from the archives! I'm so sorry about your long stretch of miserable weather! Too much rain drives me nutty! Wishing you some sunshine and warmth for the week ahead :)

Great photo Christine. Makes my mouth water for some good Italian food. Hope you get some sunshine and the rain gives you a break soon. Can't feel too sorryn though, we still have a snow covered lawn and the temps have been too cold to melt it! Long past when Spring is suppose to be here.
