Barely 2 1/2-inches across, this Japanese Maple leaf cast a fairly formidable shadow on my front steps today.
This is my first entry for Shadow Shot Sunday, a photography event at home at Hey Harriet's blog. My blogger friend, Paz has been nudging me to join in so now I have and I'm looking forward to "meeting" everyone who posts their shadow photos for this event. Thanks Paz!

I may have blown my first Shadow Shot entry, Paz. I've just now remembered to link to Harriet's blog. I'll do better next time.
