I imagine it has even more flavour than the cream ones?

Paz and Anne,
I love roasted cauliflower so will probably combine this with some garden broccoli and garlic and put it in the oven. A gremolata topping would be good as it comes out of the oven. You might see this on the cooking blog.
And we'll see if it tastes any different from standard white cauliflower tonight.
