On February 27th, it snowed. A lot of snow. Right down to the beaches. The most amazing part is that it stayed for two days.
Of course, we were all just delighted.

It snows a lot in California - in the mountains. Where it snows just once in a blue moon is on the beaches, and we're less than a mile from the beach.
Lovely pictures. I love the hiacynth defiantly coming up out of the snow, and the woodsy lane looks right out of Narnia. This must have seemed very magical!
