The sunset tonight was quite spectacular. Especially so after a virtually cloudless day. The clouds showed up just before sunset, lighting the sky on fire with reflective setting sunlight.

We have only three windows on the western side of our house so I rarely catch sunsets unless I step outside on the deck to clip herbs. Which of course I rarely do past Oct. 10 or so.
