Shadow Shot Sunday - Trees on Wall, Last Fall

These shots, taken back in November specifically with the intention of using them for Shadow Shot Sunday,   somehow got trumped by ensuing shadow photos.  This happens.

I found them recently and, with no shadows currently available for Tracy's wonderful and weekly blog event, decided to bring them to the fore.

See those ominous dark clouds?  If memory serves me, they dumped on us within 10 minutes of me snapping the photos and safely tucking away my camera.

More shadow shots and shadow shot photographers
may be found each and every Sunday at Hey Harriet.

These are awesome! I just love the contrast between the bright sunny yellow wall and those grumpy grey clouds! It's quite surreal looking :)

Beautiful shadows against the yellow walls...oh yes, I do see the rain clouds. Wishing we had 'em here right now.

Like Sylvia, I love the yellow wall. A great background for shadowy photos. The tsunami danger finished niw? Hope so, and hope all is okay behind the redwood curtain. Naver made it this winter, I'll have to shoot for late Spring.

Peace

Those deserved a "showing" the first time around! Very pretty the way the shadows fall on the wall. Yes, that sky looks like it could "drench" the place. Hope the coming week is "looking good". Mickie
