Boy, you got me stumped...but it sure is red...ha, cool shot!
Lovely colour tones! I am wondering if these are verandah rafters in shadow through curtains! Whatever it may be, the result is quite magical!

It's the shadow of your patio reflected on your drapes or curtains. That's my guess and I'm sticking to it. Great capture, BTW.
Very pretty designs on the...I'm guessing drapes. But I've no clue whats making the lovely pattern.
Either the light is filtered through blinds or perhaps an arbor against your drapes? Very nice idea to give us a mystery post, lots to think about here. And I like the photo very much. '~)

Well, we think it's on your drapes, from outside....but we'll forget all of that and make a crazy & wild guess of tire tracks....an interesting guess at least!!
Well you've stumped me! As the most popular guesses so far have been blinds/drapes I'll go along with them. Hope you'll reveal what it is! Whatever is casting those pretty shadowy patterns I love the image :)

What fun this has been! I've met a number of new photo bloggers and plan to visit each one of your blogs.
Greyscale Territory had the most complete answer as you can see by the trellis photo I've just put up. That photo has some pretty wonderful shadows in and of itself.
I also thought that Summer Kitchen Interiors had the most creative guess: When I first brought the photo up on my computer, that's exactly what I thought - they look a bit like tire tracks!

I would never have guessed there was an arbor behind the red curtain-I thought mini blinds. Great shot!
