. . . Sailors' delight. But there was a red sky the following morning (Sailor take warning) and it's been rainy ever since. It's hard cleaning up soggy plant clippings in the rain.

I'm glad you posted this, Christine, because a sunset like that is one of my favorites and something I dash outside to photograph on a regular basis.
I sometimes wonder if my neighbors think I am insane...

Lucky for me, our ring of redwood trees prohibits our neighbors from seeing that I photograph the sky, regularly.
